How do I place an order with you?
Purchase orders can be submitted by phone, by fax, or E-mail. Please find our contact numbers on the contact information page.

I am a recreational aquarist ("hobbyist") or pond-owner; can I also purchase from you for private purposes?
Heritage Distribution sells only to commercial clients (typically comprising of retail shops, schools and universities, aquarium installation and maintenance services, livestock importers and wholesalers, and other dry goods distributors) within the United Kingdom.  We are not able to sell directly to consumers, however we would be happy to direct you to the most appropriate retailer of Brightwell or Continuum items as your requirements and physical location dictate.  All items produced by the brands that we distribute are available through your preferred aquatics or pond retailer, and all that is generally required is placing a phone call to the shop management staff and informing them of your interest in a specific item.  They will be able to contact us, directly, to place an order for the item.


Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We deliver to commercial addresses throughout the entirety of the United Kingdom, and can also ship to Ireland. Please review our delivery page for more information on our delivery terms.

What are your return conditions?
If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will reimburse you for the damaged goods assuming that damages were noted at the time of delivery.  A claim must be filed with the carrier, and this must occur within a narrow window of the delivery having been made.

How fast can you deliver?
Generally, we deliver within one business day to locations within a 50-mile radius of King's Lynn.  Outside of this radius, delivery times may be 2 - 3 business days.
